the following four images were part of a series i did after an intense obsession with nineteenth century travel photography, especially that of the british,

my idea behind them, was to create a series of images with content of unidentifiable location or time, and with a feel of ritual being performed by the character. all prints were made using 35mm t-max 400 and agfa paper.
